Space Planning

Space planning creates a physical plan of your space by orientating offices and work areas, determining circulation, and laying out furniture. Our process: programming, site survey, inventory, plan view and 3-D visuals, furniture specifications, finish selection, installation drawings, order entry, furniture delivery. Our team will interface with your architect or design group and insure that all aspects of the process are completed in a seamless manner.

T.Mark Interiors Computer Aided Design Team is equipped with the latest AutoCAD programs and product specification programs that allow us to work with virtually every manufacturer products. Weather we are specifying new furnishings or reconfiguring your existing products, our team has the resources to get the job done. When the design is finalized we create a detailed specification that is incorporated into an installation drawing.

Project Management

Projects can get off course quickly, that’s why at T.Mark your Account Manager stays in the process as your primary contact through project completion. Our professional space planners are adept at making the most of your work area. Their results will flow back to you through the Account Manager to ensure every detail is covered. When the orders are placed all acknowledgements are checked by Space Planning and your Account Manager. A job package is then created and given to the installation team at the start of every job. At the completion of your project a Client walk-through is done with the lead installer and Account Manager to ensure all work is complete to your satisfaction. No matter the size of the project, whether it is our first project with you or the fourth, you’ll know your project is in good hands.


Proper installation of furniture is as important as selecting the right furniture for your office space. The installation team at T.Mark can install virtually any workplace product. They are experts in furniture systems from all the major manufacturers. Weather your buying new, blending new and used or just moving existing pieces to a new space; our team can do the job!
For projects requiring Union Installation, T.Mark has contracts with the major union installation companies. The job process remains the same. You will still have your Account Manager as a single point of contact.
